5.2 Operation steps

5.2.1 The insertion board of transport pan is lowered to the ground. The specific operations are shown in Figure 2-3 Operation Diagram.

5.2.2 Operate the machine to move forward, gather the stone together, and then level the ground.

5.2.3 Confirm that the transferring vehicle enters into the unloading part of the machine, and then the handle is pulled to the position of positive transport.

5.2.4 Operate the pilot valve so that the big arm is lifted up, small arm is extended out, and then the bucket is placed in the position which aligns with the small arm. And then the big arm is lowered, small arm is withdrawn (big arm is jogging up and down), so the stone can be grilled into the transport pan. The rotary arm can pick stones in a wide range. The appropriate withdrawal and extension of bucket according to different distances will facilitate stone picking. During picking, all kinds of arms cannot be moved to the limit position, so as to avoid frequent transition impact and shorten the service life of the machine. Meanwhile, it can avoid high temperature caused by frequent overflow due to overload valve. It shall be specially noted that the bucket cannot directly hit the transport pan, otherwise it will cause the serious deformation of the transport pan.

5.2.5 During picking, always check whether the scraper chain is in the normal delivery. If stuck, the delivery shall be promptly stopped. Otherwise, the temperature will rise rapidly due to overload, and then the machine cannot continue to work. The method to solve clamping of scraper chain: the joy stick for positive transport is pulled in the neutral position; the joy stick for transport is pulled back and forth so that the scraper chain achieves quick positive

 

       and negative impact so as to release the scraper chain. When there are stones in the transport pan, the transport joy stick cannot be stopped in the position of negative transport, otherwise the chain or scraper may be broken, seriously affecting production.

5.2.6 To stop during walking, the pilot valve of brake pedal can be placed in the neutral position. For long-time parking, the shovel plate in front of machine shall be pressed on the ground.

5.2.7 Before walking or reversing of loader, the bell shall be started as a warning signal.
