 Starting

Before the mucking loader is started, ensure that the driver is familiar with the operation manual, especially the chapter "general safety rules". Before starting, check whether all the levers are in the neutral position (stationary position), so that there are no unexpected action when the equipment is started. During the function test, the irrelevant personnel (except the operator) are not allowed to enter the working area of the mucking loader, otherwise they may be easily injuried!

Turn on the power master switch and then press the motor start button.

The loader is equipped with phase sequence protector which can avoid machine damages caused by motor reversal due to wrong phase sequence. If the loader cannot be started, please first change any two-phase wire connections of power supply and then restart it.

The hydraulic pump shall be exhausting again.

When the hydraulic system is exhausting, no one is allowed to be located within the scope of movement work of the working mechanism and the transport mechanism. Because the working mechanism and the transport mechanism may have unexpected movements, it may lead to serious injuries.

The exhausting of hydraulic system is achieved through several movements of hydraulic actuator.

Check the leakage of hydraulic system.

After 10-second startup is completed, the machine can be used with pressure. When the machine is shut down for more than 4 hours, the pump shall be idling for 5 ~ 10 minutes before the machine is working with pressure.
