Muck Loader Maintenance
The muck machine should be cleaned up each time after loading. It’s better to grease the scraper chain with the used oil (the replaced hydraulic oil is ok). This can greatly extend the longevity of the chain.
The wear off bucket teeth could be replaced by knocking the elastic pin out. If the position where the bucket teeth is mounted on wear off, welding a new one with welding rod 506 or 507. Before doing this, using gas cutting method cut the abraded one and then polish the old welding joint. Direct current is preferred.
1,The traveling motor is designed in the front to reduce the load to tensioning device from the guide wheel when equipment climbing slope
2,The crawler is consist of high single teeth with strong traction, increasing the friction against the ground to ensure the climbing ability and walking stability of the equipment
3,According to different tunnel conditions the inner width of crawler can be widened and the ground clearance can be heightened
4,The body frme is box frame structure with good rigidity and tensional strength. It is divided into tow parts and connected with high strength bolts, which solves the problem of transportation in tunnel because of large volume
