Check the tension of track/chain, left & right

Check joints and the base plate of track/chain, left & right

Check the mucking loader for oil leakage

(The hose joint shall be firmly locked when any hose or hose joint is re-tightened, so as to avoid twisting)

Check the tension of triangle belt

(In order to avoid condensate formed prior to the next start, the fuel tank shall be fully filled up after use every day. After filling-up, the filler cap shall be closely tightened to ensure tightness)

Check the air filter element

Check the hydraulic cylinder head/cooling fins

Check possible cracks through visual check

Check hoses for leakage (The hose joint shall be firmly locked when any hose or hose joint is re-tightened, so as to avoid twisting)

Check hoses for wear

Check the hydraulic cylinder for wear and leakage

Check the copper bush for wear or movement

Check the damper gear for wear

Check bolts and the housing

Check bucket teeth and fixing devices

Check whether nuts on the grab tilting lever are well fixed
