Hazardous area

No one can enter the hazardous area of mucking loader.

The hazardous area includes the surrounding area of mucking loader. During operation in this area, there may be personal injuries caused by the movement of the tunnel digging machine and its equipment and accessories, or throwing or falling of heavy objects or materials.

.The equipment operator can operate the mucking loader only if there is no personnel in the hazardous area.

.The equipment operator must issue a warning signal to the personnel in the hazardous area.

.After a warning is issued, if there is still someone in the hazardous area, the equipment operator shall immediately stop the operation of the mucking loader.

.To avoid breaking risks, a reasonable safety distance (minimum 0.5m) shall be kept away from hard objects (such as tunnel wall, cutting slope, scaffolding and other equipment etc.).

.If the above safety distance cannot be kept, then the area between the hard object and the mucking loader shall be separated.

.If the visual line of equipment operator during driving and in the working area is hampered, he must be given a corresponding command or a strong roadblock shall be set in the driving and working areas.
