Safety specification:

This specification applies to all devices whose energy is transferred to the machine through the impact piston. If not properly treated, this kind of energy used to crush rocks and other similar objects will have certain risk. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly observe the following provisions:

• The hydraulic connections not cut off, or equipment of breaking hammer, regardless of any type, cannot be placed on the operator's foot or against his body. All kinds of breaking hammers can directly aim at people.

• The machine whose insert or impact surface has wear or damages cannot be used any longer.

• The machine whose breaking hammer has no locking device cannot be used.

• The breaking hammer can only use the specified hose (according to the installation manual). Using hose with poor quality or incorrect rated pressure can lead to the risk of accidents.

• The accident prevention specifications for underground construction works must be observed.

Before using the breaking hammer, ensure that the following requirements are met:

• The operator must be familiar with the safety regulations and the handling methods of breaking hammer.

• The operator shall wear a hearing protector when handling the breaking hammer.

During the removal of breaking hammer, ensure that the connection is plugged by pipe stopper, and the installed valve remains closed, so that the pollution and leakage of hydraulic oil are minimized.
