Muck Loader Maintenance

Replace a new drive sprocket if it is abraded. Replace it as per the following steps:
(1) To remove the abraded drive sprocket, firstly we need to take apart the chain by knocking out the elastic pin which is used to stabilize the chain.
(2) After taking apart the chain, we next need to use oxy-acetylene flame to remove the old welding line.
(3) After these, the old abraded drive sprocket could be taken down.
(4) Then mount the new one on.
(5) To fasten the new one, firstly we need to knock in a plastic pin and make the open of the elastic pin facing axis line.
(6) Then weld this open area using welding rod 506 or 507.
(7) After that we put on the chain.
