Servicing & cleaning

• It is strictly prohibited to clean the excavator by steam injection equipment or a high-pressure washer within two months after commissioning or repainting, so as to ensure proper maintenance of finish paint.

• It is strictly prohibited to clean the excavator by any highly-corrosive cleaning agent. We recommend using available cleaning agents for vehicles in the market.

• During cleaning by steam injection equipment, the temperature of hot steam shall not exceed 80 ℃, and the injection pressure shall not exceed 70 bar.

• Do not clean the lining (such as the insulating layer) by water, steam or high-pressure jet.

• During cleaning by water or steam jet, it is strictly prohibited to spray it into the tail gas or air filter outlet.

• After every wet cleaning, apply lubricating grease to the excavator according to the lubrication chart and perform all operating cycles, including auxiliary and traveling functions.

• After every cleaning, let the radiator gets dry naturally.
