Product Description

The Mine Tunnel Construction Equipment is the integrated machine with compact structure which is mainly applied to mine tunnel construction. With scientific and ergonomic design, it is convenient to operate with comfortable using experience. And due to the advanced technology, the Mine Tunnel Construction Equipment is capable of working silently and steadily.

Working Arm:

1.The structure parts of the big and  small arm can be adjustable to adapt different working section.

2.The portal frame is connected with the conveying trough in order to extend the  working range and the height of arm to remove danger. 
3.The bucket is made of imported wear resistant steel, improving the   durability of use.
4.The bush is made by NSK(Japan),reducing the wearing of pin rolls and   bushes, better for maintenance.

Chassis:

1.The traveling motor is designed in the front to reduce the load to tensioning device from the guide wheel when   equipment climbing slope.

2.The crawler has consist of high single teeth with strong traction, increasing the friction against the ground to ensure the climbing ability and walking stability of the equipment 

3.According to different tunnel conditions, the inner width of crawler can be widened and the ground clearance can be heightened.
4.The body  is box frame structure with good rigidity and tensional strength. It is divided into tow parts and connected with high strength   bolts, which solves the problem of transportation in tunnel because of large volume.
