Tightness adjustment of scraper chain

When the scraper chain is too loose and the scraper chain is inverted, the chain or press plate screw is easily broken. When the scraper chain is too tight, it will accelerate chain wear and power consumption. The correct amount of sag is 10~20mm (observed at the bottom of the unloading point during positive operation). During adjustment of the scraper chain, loosen the adjustment nut on the adjusting bolt. Note that the adjustment amount of the two sides shall be the same basically. After the sag amount of chain is 10~20mm, the adjustment nut is locked. If the adjustment amount is not enough, two sections of the chain can be removed.

Tightness adjustment of crawler

When the crawler is too loose, the chain is likely disengaged. When the crawler is too tight, the wear of chain link will be accelerated and power consumption will be increased. The method of crawler tensioning: take out the hose connector, inject the lithium base grease from the square hole of the tensioning oil cylinder by using the grease gun. The method of crawler releasing: unscrew the check valve and give off the grease.
