Use of mucking loader

.The operations of working mechanism cannot be carried out against the obstacle (such as the tunnel wall), which may cause damages to the hydraulic cylinder, hinge bolts or steel structure.

.The working mechanism cannot be used for impact operations (such as impact of embedded bed or tunnel bottom), which may cause damages to the hydraulic cylinder, hinge bolts or steel structure. The impact operations shall be avoided especially when the working mechanism is in a fully extended position and moves to the check block at the mechanical end.

.It is strictly prohibited to move the working mechanism to the extreme position of check block at the mechanical end (crank effect).

.This equipment cannot be used for lifting operations; that is, the working mechanism cannot be used to handle any materials. The working platform cannot be installed too.

.During tunneling, certain working point shall always be used as a starting point, and the tunneling shall gradually extend from that point. The continuous extension of a tunneling point can make the daily footage exceeding the continuous alternating extension of several working points.
