Muck Loader Maintenance

The muck machine should be cleaned up each time after loading. It’s better to grease the scraper chain with the used oil (the replaced hydraulic oil is ok). This can greatly extend the longevity of the chain.

The wear off bucket teeth could be replaced by knocking the elastic pin out. If the position where the bucket teeth is mounted on wear off, welding a new one with welding rod 506 or 507. Before doing this, using gas cutting method cut the abraded one and then polish the old welding joint. Direct current is preferred.
