Commissioning of equipment

Adjust the pressure of safety valve on the gear pump:

1) 10MPa pressure gauge is connected to the pressure tap at the outlet of gear pump.

2) Loosen the safety valve of gear pump, and then block the pump outlet;

2) Start the motor and then adjust the pressure of safety valve of gear pump to 10MPa for locking;

3) Remove the pressure gauge, cover the connector and connect the pipeline.

 Adjust the pressure of safety valve on the pilot oil line:

1) 10MPa pressure gauge is connected to the pressure tap at the pilot delivery valve.

2) The handle is pulled to the normal working position. The safety valve on pilot delivery valve is adjusted to 3.5MPa for locking;

3) Remove the pressure gauge, and cover the connector.
