Regular change period of the hydraulic oil
(1) The first time oil change should be after 100 hours working time, the second time 600, and from the third time on every 600 working hours. 
(2) One time change a year is the basic. Simultaneously clean or replace the hydraulic oil filter core. 

Notes during the change of the hydraulic oil
(1) If the oil clog indicating light of the control cabinet turns on, clean or replace the magnetic rod of the scavenge filter, the core of the oil absorption filter and the core of the oil filling filter. 
(2) The clog indicating alarm will turn red if the oil filling filter getting clogged. 
(3) Both the oil return and absorption filter are equipped with self-sealing valve, so even if the end cover is dismantled, the oil will not flow out. 
(4) To prevent the oil pump suctioning only the air when clog happened we equipped the by-pass valve. 
(5) We need to make sure the on time clean and replacement, or else the whole oil circuit would get damaged.
