Muck Loader Maintenance

1. The muck machine should be kept complete and clean all the time. Special attention should be paid to the tunnel that has water leak in. In this case, the oil tank should be covered with rubber plate or canvas. No rain and dirty are allowed during the maintenance period.

2. Bolt and nut and should be frequently checked and fastened. The missing pin of the chain should be added immediately.

3. Frequently check each hydraulic component and the joining position of the pipes. Eliminate leakage situation. Check if the high pressure hose is damaged,  and if it is serious, immediate change should be done.

4. Frequently check the oil height and temperature. If the oil is lower than the indicator, the oil should be supplied in time. If the oil temperature is above 80℃, the machine should be turned off for a moment.
