Mucking loader:  also called hag-loader, is a kind of underground construction machinery typically used in the excavating of tunnel mining, mine engineering and hydraulic engineering, the mucking loader has five functions: hydraulic transmission, excavating and collecting, transporting, loading and cleaning.

Model ZWY-60/22T Wheel Mucking Loader isone type of multi-function mining machine integrating moving,digging,collecting,loading,conveying. It is used for mining in the small narrow tunnel of coal mine. The products adopt electric power full-hydraulic drive system. Pushing force is large, digging range is wide,whole section excavating,no need manual work to clean the working site.

The products is suitable for the tunnel of more than 2x2m tunnel and within the slope of 10 degree.

It is Easy to operate and maintain and performance is stable and durable. The efficiency is high and saving labor power.

Mucking loader Maintenance:

If the overhang of the crawler belt is over 30 mm, adjustment should be done immediately.

The connecting bolt of the track shoe and the hydraulic motor should be frequently checked if there is the phenomenon of missing and loosing. If there is anything wrong, add or fasten it immediately.
The hard objects like rocks that stuck in the crawler belt chain should be cleaned immediately.  If the sag of the transporting trough beyond 150 mm, the chain should be changed immediately. Too lose the chain could get stuck, too tight the parts are easy to get wear away.
