Tunnel Boring Machine

Mucking loader with cutting head is widely used for coal cutting in the narrow and restricted tunnel of coal mine,no blasting is required.

It is also used for driving and tunneling in the tunnel of rock hardness below F4 of metal mine,non-metal mine, hydropower project,subway and railway station project,national defence construction project etc.,no blasting is required.

For coal mine,mucking loader with breaker are able to cut 40m2-90m2 coal rock with supporting per 8 hours. 

Fire fighting

The fire extinguishers shall be placed near the operating table. The location must be identified with a mark for fire extinguisher.

Faults of hydraulic system:

When the hydraulic system is faulty due to the shutdown of motor, defects of hydraulic pump or hydraulic oil leakage and other reasons, only the emergency function of "pressure relief of tumbler equipment" is effective.
