Preparations before Starting the Machine
1. Check the hose assembly of the on site machine. All the parts that could touch the hardware of the machine and the sharp points and those constantly used and abraded parts should be wrapped with soft rubber to avoid the broken of the first layer rubber and steel wire. The top of the oil tank should be covered with tarpaulin to prevent water in.Gold Mining Machine

2. Train the driver. Before operating this machine, the driver should be fully familiar with the manual description. Be well known the structure, the working principle, property, operating methods and maintenance skill. Memorize the function and position of each buttons and memorize the schematic diagram of each operating stick. Only the examination qualified could operate the machine.

3. Recommend using No. 46 antiwear hydraulic oil. In winter we recommend No. 32 antiwear hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil should be kept clean and the dirty container is prohibited. The oil should be filled through the designated filling points. The oil tank capacity of this machine is 500 liter and the oil should be kept in the two-thirds of the oil indicator. If the oil is inadequate, immediate supplement should be done.

4. Check each fastens. Make sure the electronic component and hydraulic component are in well condition. Abnormity should be eliminated immediately.

5. Check if all the operating sticks are in the stop position.

6. The main electrical power switch and external cable should be self-prepared by user. The specification should as per the list of accessories.
