Mucking loader with cutting head is one type of high efficiency ,multifunctional,environment protection machine integrating moving,digging,collecting,loading,conveying and dumping.

Mucking loader with cutting head is widely used for coal cutting in the narrow and restricted tunnel of coal mine,no blasting is required.

It is also used for driving and tunneling in the tunnel of rock hardness below F4 of metal mine,non-metal mine, hydropower project,subway and railway station project,national defence construction project etc.,no blasting is required.

For coal mine,mucking loader with breaker are able to cut 40m2-90m2 coal rock with supporting per 8 hours. 

Mucking loader also can be used for danger removal with its working boom.

Before starting operations:

.Before starting operations, the information about first aid and possible rescue measures (ambulances, fire brigades, helicopters, etc.) must be obtained.

.First check the first aid kit. Ensure that it is on the left hand, and the objects inside comply with the relevant safety regulations.

.Reinforce loose parts, such as machinery or other accessories.

.Windows, roof, turning plate, etc., must be closed or fixed.

During operations:

 .Do not disable or remove the safety device on the mucking loader.

 .The protective clothing shall be worn during operation. Do not wear ring, scarves, or jack unbuttoned. The other necessary protective devices include protective goggles, working boots, helmets, reflective jackets, ear plugs, etc.
