Before the overhaul of hydraulic system, the pressure of hydraulic system must be relieved.

Daily check the hydraulic pipe and pipe joint to see if there is any damage or leakage. All appearance damages and leaks must be eliminated immediately. The hydraulic hoses must be replaced at specified intervals, regardless of damage or aging. All hydraulic pipes and pipe fittings must be properly installed by the professionals and only the original spare parts can be used.

Only the specified hydraulic oil can be used. The leaking hydraulic oil must be collected and properly handled.

Ensure that the machine and equipment parts under overhaul and maintenance won't be started by itself in the case of outage. The electronic device of the equipment shall be inspected regularly. Any faults must be removed immediately. When the electrical system fails, the entire equipment must be shut down immediately and restarting shall be avoided. When the machine does not work, all power must be cut off.
