 Use of mucking loader

• During the horizontal rotation and extension of working mechanism, the fast or jerky movements (fierce acceleration and braking) must be avoided, otherwise the equipment will be unstable in the horizontal direction, even in danger of tipping.

• Due to the risk of tipping, it is not allowed to use the repeated alternating movement of the working mechanism to achieve the purpose of equipment vibration.

• The working mechanism can only be pressed into the soil with the power of bucket hydraulic cylinder. Because the resulting leverage can cause overload damage to the hydraulic cylinder of the work mechanism, hinge bolts or steel structure, it is not allowed to use the walking mechanism to perform this work in any case.

• During tunneling, the working mechanism shall be pressed on the working face at the angle of 90. After the completion of excavation, the method of withdrawing equipment shall be used to remove the soil and stone materials instead of moving the entire working mechanism.
